The blue jays were as bad as the squirrel yesterday. They were not storing mushrooms but were taking away sunflower seeds by the 'beakful'. There were 6 jays taking turns at the tray feeder. Most times 3 were there at the same time. Each had a different personality; some more timid than others. Their blue feathers stood out against the earthy autumn colors in the backyard. They provided some great entertainment!
